Checking if text is chinese?

I am going to make an adjustment to one of our chinese companies to make sure they do not write chinese letters in the Name field of the customer... but I am unsure if that is possible.

I think perhaps the dataType 'Char' can be used somehow so that I can test if the letters is within a certain range of character values.

Any suggestions?

NAV saves your text in Ansi. This means in chr$ 1 to 255 for all languages, so I don't think you can detect but can but maybe someone knows a trick.
