purchase credit memo ships out stock - RESOLVED

When a client posts a purchase credit memo (because a vendor over-billed them) Navision reduces the stock of that item. As far as I understand that is not supposed to be happening since they are only getting a credit memo from the vendor, and no items are being exchanged.

What's going on?

    As long as you select Type=Item, the quantity of the specified Item will be adjusted based on the Quantity specified. If only charges & not Items are involved, use G/L Account or Item (Charge) as necessary depending on the situation & setup of your client's system.
