How to generate a set of random numbers

Hello,

I want to make spot checks for a tenth of the data in a givven table. The data to be checked I want to mark by coincidence. If I would like to check for example 50 Datasets from 500 and I use the randomize function I will get often double random numbers.

Who has an idea ?
