General Ledger/Setup/Users/User Setup. Enter main menu ID and you're set. If you want to restrict access to certain forms, you need to set up security (tools/security/roles, then the Role button/Permissions), you can then assign the role to users and this should take care of that.
You should check into the Lanham security add-on. With this addon you can setup which controls are visible for certain (groups of) people. Check out http://www.lanhamassoc.com/securitymgmt.htm.

what i would like to get is 2 different types of the same form.
so:
form (1) would be a basic form for sales team.
form (2) would be an advanced form for accountants.
therefore i would like to create 2 versions of the same form,
IF user is group (1) basic fom opens (1020);
IF user is Group (2) Advanced form opens (1021);
IF user is not in either goup then error message;
