Use VPN and TerminalService (Microsoft Terminal Service or Citrix Terminal Service)

To start with, the only supported method for remote access to NAV is Terminal Services/Citrix. Next you will need to determine which WAN services to use. The decisions here can be influenced by your needs (speed, SLA, etc.) and the services available in your area.

Could you be specific as to what details you are looking for? Do you need details about Terminal Services? Or about the WAN?

which details do you need? How to "create" a VPN on WAN or how to use / configure a TErminal Service ?

The first question is to understand the clients requirements. Even though a VPN is a very viable remote solution, without knowing the specific client's needs I would not assume that a VPN solution would be appropriate for this client.
