how can i align Document type Report

Hi All,

I want to Design A report for Employee OFFER letter for Pay Roll Functionality ,offer letter is a Document type. in the report ,i used some Text boxes also.
but i don't know how can align my Report Properly

In designer of your report
view the sectons
select some fields

format->align (your choice) left, right , top, bottom
or you can use the xPos & yPos of the fields you need to align.
or drag & drop them - i usually find it very easy to align everything in a nav report.

Is this what you're looking for?
something tells me align may not be exactly what you ment.

you can left or right or center text in a box.
