Business Notification schema creation error

Hi to all ,

i have a problem in creating a schema .
my Business Notification server and allsetups and service accounts are fully loaded.

every where i used windows authentication.

Notification server and SQL server are loaded on single machine only.

SMTP is working fine from Command prompt(Tested).


i didn't have any trouble while installing BN.


i am getting some error when i click NEW for new schema.

plz makeshure that you navision client is running.
Error Details: Notification could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

suggest me some way.

    yep, i also have the same problem..

    actually not that similar, my BN Manager is freezes (not responding) if i select the schema template and open the NAV CLIENT at the same time (with user logged in, and companies selected)
    the error message will be shown if i close the NAV client.

    My environment is :
    NAV 4 SP3, SQL 2005, WINXP SP2, IIS5, .NET2.0

    and i already conform to the Lisa Randall tutorial on tips and trick section.

    i have my suspicion on the customer license. below is the license details :

    but i wonder whether this symptom (schema creation error) is related with the license.

    any input is highly appreciated :)

    after doing some trial-error and googling, i managed to make it works myself.
