Hello
Important things to know for upgrading...
1- Apply GP 9 SP3 on the server & on the client machines.
2- Take a back up of Dynamics & companies databases.
3- Run GP 10 CD1 on the server machine & follow the instructions.
4- Install GP 10 as a separate version on the client machines.
finally you can log in to
https://mbs.microsoft.com/partnersource
or
https://mbs.microsoft.com/customersource
& get all the documentation.
Good Luck
