Oracle accessibility in WindowsXP

Hi all,
We're implementing Axapta 3.0SP1 with Oracle 9iR2 on our client's site. And we have problem logging on to Axapta we the user login using the 'User' profile. It seems that the WindowsXP only allow Admin to access to it. But the problem is that the client do not want to grant Admin rights to the users there for security purpose. Is there a way to go around this?
Thanks in advance.
