PDFCreator V5 Events Not Firing

Has anyone used Sourceforge PDFCreator with Navision v5?
I've used this successfully with 4sp3 but with v5 the eReady event doesn't appear to fire :-#

you can also use Bullzip instead of pdfcreator. Just in case
