OPtion field with values

I want to make an option field that only shows 2 values, defined in a table.

Example.

New table:

Item - Value1 - Value2

0001 - 12 - 15
0002 - 20 - 15
0003 - 18 - 16


In Purchase Order, when I will selected Item 0002, the option field only must show "20" & "15" values.

I don´t show the way...

Cannot be done with Option type... Try to use some way like using lookup form which will show only selected values for selected case...

Option field values are defined at the field property level, they are not dynamic.
