[REPORT] Hyperlink from report to two possible forms

Hello,

I need help with the report. I have one column where is production or purchase order ID, and I want hyperlink from this field to related form. Is it possible to have one field where can be two different types of orders which are related to two different forms? Thanks a lot for your answers....
