Can not write an XML file (via Citrix Client)

Hi everybody,

I have following problem:
Navision is started from a Citrix Client and the application wants to create XML files (using a XMLport) in a specified folder. Navision crashes down. The files are created but empty.
An other part of the application also creates XML files in the same folder. Those XML files can be created without errors. It is the same database, the same user and the same folder. Only one thing is different: the XML is not created by a XMLport.
The application works correctly if I start it without Citrix.

Any ideas??

Bye

mhm, dou you have debug you application, to find out where NAV crash ?
The other process doesn't interrupt your XMLPort (like the other pocess also runs and will also create the same file ...) ?
Do you make it right, it works too!

Where is this specific folder, and is it mapped on the citrix server? does the user have rights to write to this folder.

Are you able to run this process using a Non Citrix version of Navision? If there is another process that is working fine with XML files in the folder & drive that you're attempting to use it may be a problem with how you are working with the XML stream into (or out of) the XML Port.
