Session Monitor (SQL Server).fob: Download where???

AndreasDAndreasD Member Posts: 34
Hello,

in order to locate performance problems with Navision I need the mentioned .fob file for the session monitor.
Where can I download it for Nav40SP3 under SQL Server 2005?
I cannot find it neither in the SQL-Server installation DVD nor in the Navision DVD.

Would anybody know?

Thank you
Sincerely

Andreas

Hello, I don't understand where I can find the files:

    - session monitor (Microsoft Navision Server).fob that should include the form 150010

-session monitor (sql server).sql and session monitor (SQL Server).fob that should include the form 150014

listed in books "Installation and Configuration in Microsoft Dynamics NAV5.0"- Chapter 10 - Troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics NAV

On the CD there are not. Do I have to search them on partnersource site?

    Thank you

Just press on 'TOLLS CD' in garak answer (I think that should 'TOOLS CD'... ).

Here you can find 'Database Resource Kit' or you can use following link:

    https://mbs.microsoft.com/partnersource ... rceKit.htm

As garak wrote you must have access to Partnersource.

    Ok, I am downloading it.

Is that valid also for version 5.0 an 5.0 sp1?

But the infomation wroten in Manual Installation and Configuration NAV 5.0 are again valid for version NAV 5.0...?

Also for client monitor it says to import another fob and run form 15020 but
in recent versions we already have a client monitor under menu Tools ->
Client Monitor based on another internal form not designable with CTRL+F2.
Are these two different Client Monitor or the information in the manual is
not updated to last versions of Navision?

    Thank you very much
