Quantity Issue during Post

We are having a freak issue when the "Item Reclass. Journal" is used to move inventory from one location to another.

The scenario is: We receive item into a quarantine location and move to different location once quality has approved it. We move the entire quantity, but in some cases Navision will automatically create .00001 KG more of this item.

The Item Ledger Entry for this transaction looks like this:

Transfer 11.34000 11.34000 0.00001

I've confirmed that the users are moving the entire amount and there is no conversion happening between Standard and Metric measurements. I've also confirmed that the Cost Amount before and afterwards is the same. There is also no correlation between items that this has happened with and items it hasn't happened with.

We are running NAV 4.03 Update 6 (EXE's and objects) and SQL 2005.

Has anyone ever seen this issue, or know what may cause this?
