Close Income Statement report

'Close Income Statement' Report is taking very long to run.
Any ideas to optimize the same!?

What version and sql or native server?

If sql, use query profiler and see what statements take long.

Hi,
I too faced the same problem with Nav 3.70.

Just optimize the keys of database information tables. It will take more time to finish (depends on the size, for me it took apprx 2 hours). Once you finished that, the close income statement will get finish within a minute.
