We do charge a handling fee per box, but some customers object to that. We'd like to change S & H to read just "Shipping:" instead.

Out of the box NAV does not have Pro Forma Invoice. This is a custom mod, if you're not familiar on how to find the report, you might want to call your NAV partner.
