Import Data form Excel with validat

Hi I need to import 1 field data in Item table. but this should be done with corresponding item code.i want to find each item code and update this filed with the data from excel.pelase explain How can i do it ?

what you really need is someone proficient in SQL. I imagine a command can be created to tell the system to do this once the particular fields have been clearly defined.
