As part of our ISO 9000 quality system I need to monitor delivery performance of our suppliers. Is there a report where I can see actual delivery dates against requested delivery dates.

There is no Standard Report. I've written one for a client. I will see if I can get hold of it next week.

In one of the implementation we customized the "Profile Questionnaire " of Marketing Module and added various parameters to obtain the analysis and rating reports.
