Additional Currency vs Drop Shipment

I have a Sales Order link with a Purchase Order by using Drop Shipment function. I have posted the Sales Shipment and Invoice and i found that the amount posted to COGS and Inventory is different in additional currency amount but same in LCY amount. The sales & purchase contract is in the same exchange rate. Is there any users facing the same problem? Or is there anything i miss out in setup?
