Custom Help Files Not Working?

I've added a few fields to an existing table (T3), and have created help texts for them. GATE compiles them (finally) w/o error.. I've moved the .chm and .hh to the ENU directory. But, when I run NAV & press F1 on the field, I'm taken to the help file for T3, not the field help. Are there any suggestions on what I've missed?
