Custom mail merge fields

Hi,

In SALES & MARKETING > SETUP > INTERACTION > GROUPS

If you do Attachment > Create, Microsoft Word is opened automatically.

In Microsoft Word when you click Insert Merge Field, you have a list of predefined database fields.

My question: is it possible to add other fields ( fields from any table in navision) in this list???

    You can add fields, but if you do, make sure you do it in all functions (I thought there were 4 functions...) and add them all in the same order...
