Customer Filter with EP

Hi all!

Would anyone be able to give advise on how to do a filter for Customers? For example I am a salesperson and I log into Employee Portal, I can only see my Customers assigned to me. I tried using Responsiblity Center but it only seems to work for documents. The only other alternative that we could think of is filtering on the Customer Form and List. Any ideas?
