Multi-Level Production Plan not correct resolved

Hi folks,
another problem:
I created an item like this:
End-Product
-> Prod. BOM, including
---> Packaging material
---> Recipe-Product
> Prod. BOM, including
> Component 1
> Component 2
> Interstage Product
> Prod. BOM, including
> Component 3
> Component 4
When I create a prod. order out of this and let it replan for all levels, and then try to release the PO, NAV still tells me that Recipe-Product is not in stock (o.k., just trying to tell NAV to produce it, why else should i use a multi level prod. plan?).
What the ... am I doing or thinking wrong here?
