Install nav 5.0 outlook add in gives error

Hi all,
I have a problem with installation of the outlook add in for Navision 5.0.
When running the install of the add-in I receive an error after a while, saying that Outlook is not installed on this computer, setup cannot continue.
Outlook 2007 is installed on VISTA Business edition, and works fine.
What to check?
