Unit Testing in Ax 4.0

I have actually come across a feature in Ax 4.0 called Unit Testing. There's a Unit Test toolbar and also a a facility to actually to design test cases using Test Suites in projects. Can someone explain me in detail how to design a test case and is really Unit Testing possible in Ax 4.0?
