From object designer, choose File and Import. Then select the .fbk file instead of the regular .fob file. Depending on the size of the fbk file it might take a while to read, but the import worksheet will pop up and let you import the objects (if they were included in the backup).

Import fbk file.

Make a new database and restore the FBK, normally it restores the objects automatically if they where backup-ed in it.
