Press Start -> Search -> For File & Folders...
    Look for *.zup.

    1. check if you have a link on desktop (or startmenu) to Navision and in Property "Destination" is the parameter ID. If this parameter is set, you see where you zu is stored.
    2. if the ID parameter isn't there, search in you profile folder (C:\Documents Settings\YourUserName\HereinSomeFolder)
    3. Use the windows search function (*.zup)

You cannot edit it or something else. You can copy it or delete it. That's all. But can you be more specific? Why you are asking? What is your problem?

The zup file gets updated every time NAV is closed. There is no 'zupfile editor' that you can go in and modify any of the settings, it is created and maintained by the NAV executable.

Is there a problem with the zup file that you are trying to solve?

I have a question on the same topic.

The zup file isn't saved after every finished session. Is this normal?
It saves every second or third session.
Would anyone know what would cause that? or how to make it save after each session?
I wanted to view the zup file to edit it, I gather that is not possible.

    1. are there more then one client opend on the user pc?
    2. Are u under Terminal Service and us store the zup ever in the same folder and not, for example, in the user settings?
