MRP- order tracking message

Hi,
When I select an y line in MRP – in Mrp line it is showing 60, then i want to know why it is creating that then I go to - order tracking . In header it showing some Quanity . But in line it does not have any data.
But it is showing some message “ there no tracking entries for this “.
Please explain why the line has not created . ?
Why it is showing this message ?
