Exporting Fields from Navision to pdf Document Fields

Is there a way to call up a pdf document with fillable fields and populate with information from Navision? The scenario is this:
- We have a certificate template in pdf format with fillable fields.
- When reports on analytical samples are produced from Navision, certain criteria will cause a certificate to be produced.
- From the submission being reported, it would be nice to have the submission information automatically populate the certificate template, then
save the certificate with the file name of the submission number (a noneditable pdf document).
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how this might be accomplished?
Any help with this would be appreciated.

We have a solutions SendX for this..but offcourse you can do your own development.

The pdf driver EdocPrinter allows you to embed fields in documents link name and number.
