Which touch screen software to use

The "powers that be" have decided that touch screens would be of great benefit to our company's operations....

Can anybody recommend software for "touch screen input" such as on screen keyboards etc? ...That work well with Navision 2.6 and Navision 5

    Let's say the user clicks on a field which requires alphanumeric input but they don't have a keyboard attached to the computer to key in the information. What do they do in this situation? command buttons on a form wouldn't solve this problem as they need to be able to enter text and numeric characters using the touch screen.

    You can create a form with a button for each character. And with this, they can create the text.
