Employee Portal Connections Question

Hello all -

I am in the process on installing Employee Portal 4.0 for demonstration purposes and I have in up and running for the most part. But I have a question regarding connecting the webparts....

I am able to connect an record on a list web part to an record on a card web part as long as both web parts are on the same page. However this is rather impractical if, for example, you want to show a custmer list with links to quotes, orders, invoices, etc. Cramming lists and cards for each of those on a single page is not realistic.

Is it possible to have the link on a list provide parameters to a web part on a different page?
