Navision error when open

Hi,

I open Navision Application , then I try to open sales order form from the application menu. When I try to open any form Then I am getting the following error

Restart Microsoft Business solutions – navision.

Inthis message box it is showing two boxes at down stage . those are send error report another one Don’t’send . “



When I select any option wither send or Don’t send .
The application is closing automatically.

What is the problem .

How to solve this problem

Please throw any solutions.

Do you have that on only 1 computer or on all?
If you have it on only 1 computer, you can try to delete the zup-file.

I am not sure if it will work, but that is the first thing I do to find the problem.

Delete the zup file while Navision is closed!

And another possible source:check the event log on your PC, if it is full, NAV will not start correctly (I do not why but I had this problem year ago).
