Conversion btw Base UOM and Put away/Pick UOM

Hi!

I want to use (Dozen) DZ as my base UOM and Each (EA) as my put away /pick UOM.

I know that when I will have to register my put away , I may have some problems to register my put away.

How can I solve that problem? I know that I can leave the Qty. per Unit of Measure field in the Item Unit of Measure table stored with the maximum possible precision but is it all? and if yes, how can i do that?
