regarding consumption with warehouse integration

when a production dept requests for a raw material requisition to stores then stores people should sent back the requisition cum issue slip to the prod dept in this regard in navision how u r sending the request to stores people is through inbound warehouse request ,then stores people gets the request then they will fill the issuing quantity and will send back to production at that time consumption is also taking place along with pick is there any other alternative to send back the requsition sheet to production without consumption so that production peolple will post the consumption. I Hope for the best answer will come.
