Do you have negative qty on sales line?

Find the related sales line and see what special about it.

You can have outgoing (Sales) & incoming (Sales Returns)...

    From the Help...
    Quantity (Base) Field
    The Reservation Entry Table

This field contains the quantity of the item that has been reserved in the entry. This quantity is expressed in base units of measure.

Depending on whether the item is supply or demand, the value in this field can be positive or negative. In the case of a demand, for example a sales order, the value will be negative.

Well if subtype is 4, then Document type is "Order".

So they must have negative qty on sales order.

Hmmm Source Subtype=4... ..wouldn't that make it a Blanket order?? Wait though... ..you don't track blanket orders ??

Have a look at the reservation entries again. Is there not a matching Positive entry for your negative one?

For example, a negative on the sales line (Source Type=37) and a positive on the item ledger (Source Type=32) for the same item/lot/serial?
