Packing UOM and Sales Line

Hi all, I face the problems that I cannot insert and delete anything in Delivery Requisitions. A message prompt out "Packing UOM is defined for the Sales Line. You must delete the existing Packing UOM before deleting or changing the Sales Line". May I know why is this happening??? ](*,)
