Bank Account Reconciliation

Hi, I'm a new Navision user. Not sure about why an error message prompt out when I close the bank account in Bank Reconciliation. The error message is "The Bank Acc. Reconciliation does not exist". Any expert can tell me why does this happen please?? [-o<
