Business Analytics Error - Build internal representation

After creating a cube in navision and after clicking on functions->Start Configurator i get the following error message while at
Build internal representation - > Object Reference not set to an instance of an object

I am running SQL Server 2005, Nav 4.0 SP1, Windows 2003

1) Be sure that you are using latest Configurator
2) NAV 4.0SP1 was not stable in that. I recommend to try newer objects for the BA.
