Procedure for Price includes vat in Nav IN 4.0 Sp3

Can anybody tell the Procedure and Setups for Price include vat
functionality in Nav IN 4.0 Sp3?. ](*,) ](*,)

You can use the Price Inclusive of Tax funcitonality.
On the MRP Tab, click Price Inclusive of Tax, enter the Unit price inclusive Tax and select the price inclusive of Tax structure.

In the Structure, dont forget to check the "Include PIT Calculation" check box.

Tax Vs. VAT??? i didn't understood.
In SP3, both the VAT and CST are governed by Sales Tax Setup.
Kindly explain by an example as it may be possible that I am not getting you.

Hi Deep,
Vat only. you can see price includes vat boolean field in sales price table, item table,customer table and sales header also. its non editable field.from where we can give this setup?..

Vat in IN database is Global VAT and it is not applicable. MS India has not diabled or removed it. You need to use all the setups of Sales Tax.
