Any 3.01a users out there that are using MRP?

The MRP implementation of Navision Attain has serious problems on the calculation of the reorder point.
Our first version was the 2,60 but also for the problems of the MRP, we passed to version 3.10.
This version in some cases does not calculate correctly the reorder point and it does not suggest to acquire anything.
We have contacted microsoft Italy and the error has been confirmed, but it will not be corrected (!!!!): They have advised us to upgrade to the last version (the same excuse two times...)
We are estimating with our lawyers what to answer...
