Loan Money to Employees in HR Module

Hello All,
Is it possible to loan money to employees in Axapta 4.0 (sp2).
Also, how can we setup HR module to accept payments made by the employee and record the outstanding balance (of the loan) accordingly?
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
