I have been looking for information about how taking the management of incidents in Sharepoint, can someone help me?

do you want to exchange data between nav and sharepoint
or
are you only interested in the sharepoint bit.

Both of them. I want to exchange information and i also want to take a "Incidences management" in sharepoint.

take a look at the employee portal,
you will find the documentation on youre product cd in de docs folder.
or you might want to look at the product a german partner ITIS is offering.
Then there allways is the hard way to go, but it is the most flexible.
Build some webservices in nav and asp .net , hook those up to sharepoint using the business data catalog.
Research the above topics and feel free to ask some extra questions.
