I need to design a Navision web access application based on ASP.Net (C#) and I would like to know which is the BEST way for calling Navision CodeUnit from DotNet ?

I 've already seen these samples (DistantCodeUnit and SimplyNavConnector). For you, which is the best one : DistantCodeUnit, SimplyNavConnecor, NAS ? Do you know some problems with them ?

I mean NAS as service for run some codeunit (SingleInstance) as NAV server.

I think you need exchange via XML message then SimplyNavConnector.
