Whenever we start 'Help' in Navision the 'Windows Installer' screen appears stating 'Windows is currently configuring Microsoft Business SOlutions-Navision'. After pressing 'Quit' several times, the help-screen shows up. Happens subsequently with every topic we ask help for.
This only occurs when someone belongs to the 'administrator'-group.
Navision runs fine for all other users.

Uninstall client. Delete client directory. Reinstall as local administrator, run Navision as admin, use help as admin.
Log off, try as a low privilege user.
If this doesn't work, try running fin.exe/finsql.exe directly, rather than the Start Menu shortcut (that actually invokes windows installations services internally) and then trying the help.
