Can I run a Navision 3.7 code unit from a command line (DOS shell), and pass it parameters?

You can run NAS from command prompt and pass startup Parameter.
You will have to modify CU 1 to take the parameter and call the necessary Codeunit.0 -

You can use a hyperlink on some form (for example) where on OnHyperlink trigger need will add some code for parsing parameters and run some codeunit.
So in command prompt you just enter and run some hyperlink with parameters.0 -

You can use http://mibuso.com/dlinfo.asp?FileID=946 with some modifications and run in command prompt VBScript or JavaScript application which will send xml to NAV for run codeunit.0 -
