How to set user rights...?

hi ravi congratulation first.

first you have to create users in SQL then same way create it in Navision
then synchronized all user login. assign role to specific user.

there is a facility by which you can set user rights in bulk. there is a form for that click start and do all transaction which is specific to role. your role will be created automatically.

look at the biotech project this is form for user rights.

Is that Biotech project a public one? Can I also obtain that form?

I learned how to set up User Rights by the way you suggested.
Now, I want to know the details of Record Level Security by setting up the Security Filters.
Please help me out.
