Standard cost using SKU

Hi!
I am thinking of using SKU as my client has different std. cost per warehouse However I want the system to calculate all my costs ( using Kit BOM) depending on the warehouse and then it will update my standard cost on my SKU.
Any idea to do that outr of the box or modification that I should do??
