Migration Problem

Hi, Grettings, I nee you help please, I have this situation:
1.- I have to migrate one database in Nav 3.7 to Nav 5.0, what I have to do?
because the version 3.7 has a lot developments and a lot modified Tables. I have tried first the upgrade to the version 4.0 and after that to version 5.0, but I have been with a lot problems for the developments, currently I am working with dataports Table for table but this is a lot work, some one can Help me?

you can do 3.70 to 5.00 in one step only, but you must use the upgrade toolkit for ww version and your localization version.(download from partnersource and maybe in this forum, too. i don't remember)
you will also find a step by step guide with the toolkit

also developer's toolkit or any text comparer can be useful as you must copy your personalizations on from old 370 to new 500 objects.
DON'T USE MERGE FUNCTION OF DEVELOPER'S TOOLKIT AT ALL!! :sick:

I am confuse in mearg function in dev tookit.
I am also trying 3.70 to 5.0 directly.
But there are lots of changes.
If you are not using the mearge function means you have to do every change manually. Am I write?
is there any other solution or process that we can follow ?
