CRM for outlook - Go Offline

Dear all
Today,i have installad for our sales department the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Client exe ( for Outlook).
The CRM for Outlook is working fine , there's no problem till now. But when i try to press on the button <Go Offline> i get an error when the process reach the <propagating Customizations>which will be canceled and the offline process stop at this level and nothing is done.
does anybody get this kind of error?
